I'm curious what everyone eats on a daily basis. Reason being I'm having massive bloating problems from my daily foods that I have been eating for years now. I eat extremely clean calories up to 4500 calories a day during my bulking phase and 3000-3250 calories during my cutting phase. I eat more along the lines of a bodybuilder, but I have been doing it for years now without any problems up until now. I'm not currently having a flare up but I'm just experiencing massive uncomfortable bloating thats very irritating. I know some of you wish you probably were only feeling bloated right now and I feel YOU because we all go through the pain and aggrevation. I was doing a little research and noticed that wheat, yeast, and milk are a no no for people that like us. My question though is why are these foods all of sudden bothering my stomach when I went years eating them. I just came back from vacation in Puerto Rico and was a little worried about
eating the food over their because I didn't know how my stomach was going to react to it. I'm still confused because that was probably the best week my stomach has experienced bloat free in a long time. Then as soon as I come back to the states and returned to my eating habits the bloating returns. So obviously its my diet, but what foods bother your stomach? Here is my daily diet that I'm currently eating right now. I also drink a gallon to a gallon in a half of water a day.
Meal 1) 4 scrammbled eggs mixed with 1/2 cup of milk, wheat bagel with natural peanut butter
Meal 2) pistachios, yogurt,
Meal 3) Boneless chicken breast and sweet potatos
Meal 4) Boneless chicken breast and brown rice
Meal 5) Tuna on wheat bread
Meal 6) Protein shake mixed with 12ounces of milk, honey, and rice cakes
Meal 7) 93% burger patties on wheat bun with cheese, and a salad.
Meal 8) I wouldn't really consider this a meal, but I juice vegetables and fruit and usually make a drink before I go to bed.
Please discuss your trigger foods and what bothers your stomach I'm all open ears.
