The only thing that I find when my colin starts to act up and Im on the toilet who knows how many times in the morning and or the evening is that I need to take a couple of tylenol and get my wonderful heat pad out. The heat pad dose wonders lol. It helps to make everything settle down down there. And so Im not going to the bathroom so much.
As you might tell Thiss just happend to me lol.
