Oh i cant wait!Im really motivated to get started and see results... I have searched for her dvd's shes had so many! Can your recommend any in particular?Im in the UK so i'd have to order then online.
Also i purchased some l-glutamine today i noticed you take it too, is 500mg daily enough?Have you seen positive changes?
Thanks for the help and support!
Cathe kicks butt. I did only a portion of her Kick, Punch and Crunch kickbox workout last night and it's a killer. One of the cool things about the newer DVDs is she has "premixes" that are shorter versions of the full workout or combinations of a couple of different workouts so you can really mix things up and choose a workout that fits your available time frame.
I'm a big fan of her Slow and Heavy weight training series. I think this is the best weight training workout set for ectomorphs who are underweight and are looking to gain healthy muscle.

The Pure Strength series is also great:

And a newer weight training series (one that I don't have) is the Hard Core Series: Gym Style which comes in three separate DVDs:

Regarding l-glutamine dosages, in my experience, 500 mg would not be enough. One to three grams (1,000 - 3,000 mg) is more the recommended range for treating IBD. You definitely want the powder, not the capsules because you'd have to take so many pills to reach that dose. The powder is tasteless and dissolves easily in water or juice. I actually mix mine in my aloe vera juice for a double healing effect.
