I have used the primadophilus this way and the dr. ohirros probiotics this way too. Gets expensive so the cheap way to do it now is with my babies homemade probiotic diapers, lol.
For me it's usually best to use distilled water. Fewer irritants than tap. I'll use a 16 oz water bottle, fill it with the distilled water, fill up the sink with hot water and put the water bottle in it to warm it up. When I used capsule probiotics I used 5 caps per 30 ml water. Ohirros stuff was more impressive and smelly than the other grainy capsule probiotics I have seen. I have no clue how much baby poo to use when mixing it. Still experimenting at the moment. I usually don't use the enema with probiotics first as I would end up expelling it right back out. I am going to use a good 120 ml warm distilled water over 15-30 minutes just to flush and relax the colon a bit. Then I can use the probiotic mixture and it goes in fairly easy and stays. I hold all night. I have been taking the mess out of the diaper, putting a tablespoon size of poo into a corner of a ziploc baggie. Then cut the corner and apply it to bottle like I was frosting a cake, lol. No mess that way. I have been using around 40 ml warm water and shaking it up until it's nice and brown before applying it. Be nice to have someone to collaborate with on the process.
