Thin hair like substance stuck to suppository and may have gotten stuck

I am feeling a lot of irritation after taking a suppository. I saw some of the others in the box and there were very thin hair like substances attached to some. Someone must have possibly left the lid open and then closed it much later. However, I am concerned that the irritation is being caused by that substance as the irritation continues even after I have applied hemmoroidal cream. I don't believe it is my hemmoroids that are giving me this irritation but that thin hair like substance. Can someone please advise as it would be next to impossible to flush out something like this if it is stuck.

 

I guess I will now get the ones which are individually wrapped. However, I was using the ones that come in a box. (50 or 100 in a box).
