Hey all,

Today is the big day! I am getting the J pouch today!! I am really excited but really worried. I never had any kind of surgery before.

I have been in the hospital since Saturday night- three blood transfusions, lots of fluids, Picc line! I mean just crazy. But I'm all good to go. I need your good thoughts today. I'll up date probably this weekend because I'll be floating for a day or so!! :)

Good luck and be patient with your recovery. Recovery can be frustrating but it beats UC! Check in at www.j-pouch.org for advice, support, and help during your recoveries.
