Maybe avoid the gluten free bread products, they are probably made with starches and rice are they?
I found discomfor twith my rice/millet bread wich is gluten free, so Ive cut all grains out, feel much better.. and flowing better as well. =]
I drink carrot juice everyday and about 3 gallons of water, try to keep a lot of moisture in my colon so things dont get stuck and irritated ya know?
I would recommend eating lots of mangos, and blueberries, and papaya.. these would all be very beneficial, and full of nutrients for your body, and help tremendously with constipation. Im sure you would notice a difference, also papaya is Vey soothing for the colon, maybe even just some papaya nectar, with no added ingredients.
potatoe is a starch, I quit eating starches/carbs like potatoes as well becuase I believe it promotes or has the ability to create an enviornment in the gut wich bad bacteria/candida strive on etc. I may be wrong... if you eat potatoe, I would reccomend sweet potatoe, or yams..
