Ofcourse, just try not to focus so much on weather its raw or not.. go by how your body feels, try not to stress out of guide lines of this or that you know?
I think you should create your own plan, as to what works and feels good..
Ive already shared my diet, its not completely raw, and its not completely cooked. I think balance is the most important thing.. basically, I try to eat as alittle as I can. So when I do eat, I look for the most nutritious, and the most filling, as well as providing beneficial for my comfort and my digestion. =]
