Skin Infections + UC + Natural Remidies

All,

I'm seeing lot of Skin Infections on my back and when i visited Dermatologist, she told it is called POST Inflammation State and prescribed some Steroid Ointment.

But in general how to take control of these infections.
I don't want to take any more medications.

Is there any other ways Natural ways of healing this?

I don't remember exactly the name of the condition but she asked me How is your Colitis doing..? I said currently it is mild and in remission, then she said this condition occurred due to Colitis and it is now called POST Inflammation State.. The name starts with "P".
currently there are some black spots left over in lots of places on my back shoulder and hands.
Is there any Natural Remedy for these kind of conditions..?
