They dont bother me at all. I eat a box of blue berries every morning.
They are great for keeping my bowels moist, cleansing, and giving me much needed nutrients vitamins and minerals.
Also keep a good balance since they add a slight acidish ash after digestion. =]
Ive found that going from to much of an acidic based residue diet, to a strong alkaline diet will create a quick and rapid detox, wich can irritate ones bowels/digestive tract especially with a sensitive and raw colon. so the balance is much needed. I can also eat strawberries, and blackberries, wich I had this morning, with no problem, but still I just try to avoid them, to much vitamin c can irritate my bowels with sucha rapid detox. Balance is key.
I can tolerate soaked and/or sprouted almonds, and sunflower seeds in raw,ground, or soaked form.. I just try to avoid them since they are sort of hard on digestion, especially for people with irritated bowels.. thanks tho.
