I had that bad reaction the 2nd time. Well Centocor says it was more likely an infection brewing and
the Remicade just reduced my immune system so the infection could thrive. Makes sense. I'm just
afraid of ending up in the hospital again!
No headache this time though so that's a good sign!

That's good to hear! Hopefully it'll work out this time.
Do you get pre-medications? I've had mild reactions to Remicade, and my GI upped my pre-meds and slowed my infusion rate.

Just Tylenol and Zytrec. I am very hopeful for no reaction!

::fingers crossed:: for you!
it's hard to type with crossed fingers, by the way! :)
How quickly did you get ill after your 2nd infusion? Just curious...I'm sure you're kind of wanting to get past that point quickly!

Before it was 2 days after the infusion. I was pretty tired last night but assume that was the zyrtec which always makes me very tired!
Feeling well this morning!

I'm so glad you gave it another try and it's going well.
I hope you can get the same good results I'm getting!
