All I have been given is some hydorcortisone cream. I just didn't know if there was anything out there better to shrink them and decrease irritation.

are you on any for UC?
Are your hemmies internal or external?
You could ask the doctor for some Proctocedyl ointment or suppositories....the supps work for internal hemmies.

The thing that worked best on my hemmies (external that I got when I was giving birth, then got worse due to diarrhea from UC) was cortisone cream.
