Chamomile tea is scientifically proven to aid with womens menstral cramps (and trust me it works), it also has natural ant-inflammatory properties, along with anti-fungal, antibacterial and anti-viral (keep in mind what works for some doesn't work for all) avoid chamomile if you have ragweed allergies though and bee propolis (all bee products) if you have bee allergy issues.
The probiotic that I use (primadophilus reuteri made by natures way) has guaranteed intestinal release so it makes it well past the gut (many don't) it also happens to aid with lactose inolerance (which I can vouch for) high cholesterol (which I can also vouch for) and for women, vaginal health (which I can also vouch for) but it's still perfectly fine for men to take.
Google bee propolis, you'll be amazed, my GI even encourages me to continue with it because of the positive results I've had and it's 100% non-toxic so it's safe to take indefinitely (which I've been daily for just over 5 yrs now).
