I think the answer to this wil be different for everybody, but I'm takng probiotics for my tum, vit C and zinc for my immune system.
I've been advised by the dietician to start taking peppermint oil to help with the wind and hopefully some of the spasms. She has also suggested magnesium.
I'm sure you know if the food is moving through too quickly you are not getting all of the nutrients you need, so just a basic multivitamin probably would be a bad start.
I think the folic acid is something that is recommended for one of the meds you are on, I'm sure I read that on here.
The lovely lads and lasses on here will be able to be a bit more helpful than me I'm sure, but just something for you to start with.
