I'm lactose intolerant with UC and I can't eat Activia yogurt. I've tried on several occassions and it gives me gas, bloating, and makes my UC symptoms way worse. I can, however, eat what I call "real" yogurt... the plain, unsweetened, live culture stuff... the kind that usually comes in one big 32oz bucket for about $3. This kind of yogurt seems to help my symptoms. I think the Activia stuff is too comercial and processed. It contains fructose, dyes, starches, and other stuff that shouldn't be in your yogurt.
