I'm not sure about that particular supplement, but one thing I've found to be helpful to keep your strength up is anything made with liver. Chicken livers and onions, home-made pate, etc. are all good and have lots of iron. There are some good SCD-legal recipes out there, too, so they're easier to digest. Hope you're feeling better soon!
