help please

ok this is not help for me, as my bms are fantastic. well today any way. this is for my husband. I dont' know what this could be. but today he had blood in his stool. the stool was unformed (cow patty like) and there was blood on top of the stool. to me it looked as thought it was quite alot. it looked as though it was from a mestral cycle, although thats impossible for my husband. there was no mucus and he doesnt have urgency. he also hasent had changes in bowl habbits. like me i was having pensil poos. then 2 poos in the morrning. things like that. He doesnt feel unwell, but i didn't either until 2 years after my digonosis. of cours it could be uc. but is there any other things it could be. i am worried, it was more blood than ive had. i scard for him, i don't want him to go through what ive been going through. I also think he will struggle with this diet. You have to be really strong willed to do what ive done.

yes. your abosulty right this is not something to fool around with. i told him that. could hemmis make alot of blood. Ive had them but ive only had a little blood from them. not alot, never blood which looked like it could be from that time of the month. ive only had that amount, less than that amount with colitis. im scard for him.

ok thanks for all your advice. i made him drink tons of carrot jucie last night. i told him it will reduce the blood. this morrning he didnt have hardly any. (i don't know if the juice really helped or if it it just reduced) hes going to the doc tonight, but this is the nhs so i will go with him. alot of times the nhs will brush you off. I was told that when i first went to see the doc that there was nothing wrong with me. that a girl of my age can not have any problems. i was about 28 years old. they told me to come see them when my blood became dark red. thats when i had to pay a private gp. quincy- i took the name of you salofalk enemas to my gp and asked if they could percribe it. my gp said no that only the GI at the hospital could do this. well my next appointmet is scheduled in jaunuary. i asked if they could move it up, but i still have not received a letter about a new date. crazy. if i was not in remission with this diet i would be in er. by the way what is in a salofalk enema

Hi guys, thanks for your help again. You guys were right. he had a scope and he had internal hemmorids. they put a rubber band on one of them. Its really painful he says. but im happy its not colitis or anything else. thanks q for your post as well. im sure my gp does not know of them.
