I take my meds along with my meals and the probiotic, fish oil capsule, Calcium, multivitamin and flaxseed capsule I take after my meals. The probiotic only after breakfast and dinner, Calcium after breakfast, multivitamin after lunch and flaxseed every other day (fish oil capsule on the other day) after breakfast.
