You sound like me, get on the scale every day. I'm 5 foot 2 and should be at 121. I'm 112. Rest does help. Pounded away food on predison first taper, probably wrecked things not careful with what I ate, so I lost weight on this taper, but my meals are much smaller and healthier... Rest has been a problem, so I'm on sleeping pills and will see how it goes...
I'll go to the gym and think mmmmhhhh, what can I do that won't burn too many calories
I just need to get used to my new body if this is the way it's going to be for a while...
