I'm in a pretty good remission now. I was doing lousy like you about two months ago and started three things:
1. I started taking psyllium husk powder (one tablespoon every morning in juice). It's a very pure kind that contains no additives.
2. I started taking probiotics. Two capsules (4 billion organisms) every morning. It's called "Acidophilus & Probiotic Complex" I bought it at Trader Joe's.
3. I also started a hydrocortisone enema...but haven't been using them for several weeks now. I'm switching to Proctofoam, but I believe my improvement was because of the husk powder or the probiotics.
Also I try to avoid all preservatives in foods. Also I try to breath from my diaphragm (stomach area) whenever I can. Or just conscienciously relax my stomach area whenever I can.
