An antifungal diet ( includes natural foods only- NO processed foods at all or grains to start) and natural antifungals (olive leaf extract or caprylic acid) helped me get well again. I started to eat to live, not live to eat. Many veggies and berries have natural powerful health boosters. No meds or symptoms now. I also believe strongly in probiotics and I take beta glucan, an immune booster.
Stevia is not an artificial sweetener. It is an herb. I use(d) it with no problems. However, you don't have much cause to use it if you get rid of processed foods from your diet. No reason to use it on whole, natural foods (fruits and veggies) or meats/fish/poultry. You could use honey, limited, for a sweetener, as well.
