hi all, i need someadvice:
lately i have been having soft stools. dont get me wrong, only one or two a day in the morning and good colour etc but i would like to have formed BM's like i used to.
I have UC and would like to start on a good probioic that will harden and help form my stool. any anecdotals would be great
Also, any other food ideas to help with this. It started about 3 weeks ago. i should mention that i just had a baby 7 weeks ago. pre pregnancy my UC was in total remission. i live in canada.
