I am glad, few people agree that CARAGEENAN CAUSES THE FLARE or inflammation.
It is interesting story how i noticed it.
It hinted me after seeing HOUSE MD serial,
In one episode, a young man visits Dr. House in the clinic hours saying he is trying to quit smoking and he is chewing lots of gum daily around 7 or 8 Packs (some gum to quit smoking) but he complaints he has diahorea for the couple of days and he is not smoking anymore.
Immediately dr. House Says, SORBITOL is the sweetner in the gum and too much of it induces diahorea.
this hinted me to search for SORBITOL SIDE EFFECTS in search engines....
sorbitol is the main sweetner in toothpaste, and then reading the ingredients label in almost all the toothpaste in the shelf .
all those ingredients are so scary.. sorbitol, manitol, xylitol, carageenan, sodium lauryl sulphate.. bla bla ...
and searching for the side effects all those ingredients.... out of this CARAGEENAN ranks the top(my conclusion).
carageenan is added in almost all the food items... soymilk, almond milk, cream, coffee creamer, yoghurt, tooth paste.
Even though if you see Herbal or Natural toothpaste, check the ingredients, mail them to get a complete list.
If you avoid these additives, you will see a considerable change... substantially minimised bloating and pain.
