I read an article in the Readers Digest about it saying it helps and I see people on here take it.  Is this over the counter and if I can ask, where do I buy it?  Thanks in advance.

I have just started taking VSL 3 today, i am from England and i bought it online. I am hoping that this is going to work wonders for me!! It is quite expensive but it will be well worth it if it works.

It's actually the least expensive per unit of bacteria probiotic I've found. Each packet has 450 billion bacteria. Compare the potency when pricing and you'll see it's relatively cheap (not that it couldn't be less).

You can order it on their website -- that's how I've been getting it. But it's available at many pharmacies and even at places like Costco. Costco might be cheaper than getting it online. Also, you can get a prescription for the double strength VSL#3, and that should work out even cheaper with insurance covering some of it.
