here are some alternative medicine that have worked for me
Psyllium, Chia, Pumpkin and sunflower seeds all raw with lots of water
Slippery elm powder
MSM, Manuka honey
Mainly vegetarian diet (lots of green salads) with a little lean meat (no pork)
No coffee or artificial sweets
No artificial sauces
No additives
No dairy - some hard cheeses maybe ok
Fruits should be eaten seperately before meals - (try not to mix fruits together especially melons)
It really takes a lot of patience but try adding items back into your diet slowly
