Probiotic recomondations?

I would like to start taking probiotics...anyone have recomondations? I looked online and found Crohn's & Colitis-Digestive Advantage Once Daily Therapy, Im wondering if I should start there. I meat with a sergon on monday about havin my colan removed and I want to try everything else possible first. Thanx

People here find all kinds of probiotics helpful. Personally, I'd try one with at least 10 billion per dose. The one I'm taking has 900 billion per dose, and it does help.....
I had taken Digestive Advantage and it didn't do much for me - but different folks find that different ones work for them.

I take VSL #3DS. Its a perscription probiotic.

I take just Acidophilus (refrigerated) because I started out on the SCD diet and that is the only type they recommend. Mine is from Kirkman Labs. I've been happy with it.

I take New Chapter brand All-Flora. I think it's great!
