Remicade Infusions

Does anyone know how easy it is to do a one time Remicade infusion at a certain place?  I am applying for a job that would require me to go on a year-long national tour.  I get my infusions every 8 weeks.  Would it be possible to have the Remicade shipped to an infusion center wherever I am during that week (scheduled well in advance of course) or is that very difficult?

Don't think they ship it-it is ordered thru a pharmacy, and mixed on site to the prescription-usually based upon your weight. Now, that said, a doc can make it happen long distance, but there is a protocol. Another doc. has to be officially in charge of the infusion. My daughters doc is at one place, and we get our infusion at another -when she goes to college it will be the same- so your doc might be able to arrange. It would be easiest if done every time at the same place so your records would be available. We did jump thru a few hoops.
