I believe that the psyllium seed powder took me out of my last flare which prednisone seemed to have little effect. I just started using the Vitamin E enema just because my recent colonoscopy showed more inflammation than I wanted to see (which also leads me to believe that the Mesalamine enema is not having much effect) . So I'm hoping that it will allow for more complete healing.
