Dizziness occasional blackouts

I have U/C. I also have heart problems. I also get giddiness and feeling faint. I always attributed it to my heart problems. It never occurred to me to connect it to the U/C.

I get dizzy and feel horrible the few weeks before I start to flare. Once I get on pred it cures that.

When I have those symptoms, I know I'm anemic.
