I'm not familiar with Phillips so my question is-Are they refrigerated? so that the probiotics are alive.
I think that is important.
I tried one probiotic (refrig'd) but after 2 weeks didn't see much result. I then switched to another and feel it gave the final boost. If at first you don't succeed, try try again.
Homemade yogurt is also an excellent source of living probiotics, unfortunately dairy doesn't agree with me so I can't get mine that way. Just an idea if expense is an issue. There are also other "living" foods with probiotics such as sauerkraut, kimchee and other fermented veggies.
