Marcell I suggest you continue reading about UC and learn as much as you can. UC comes and goes... sometimes it is active and then goes into remission. Remission does not mean "cured," just inactive. One person can stay in remission for years while another never achieves remission. # Of bowel movements is just one indicator of disease activity. Once again, everyone is different. Some people even get constipated when flaring.
That's what I'm trying to do. As even science doesn't know much about
it, we are the ones who need to worry about
ourselves. Well I see, everyone is different. My biopsies show I have active pancolitis. But I don't have any flares and there are no ulcers or scars. Actually, last week I had a small crysis. I lost my parking ticket in a way that's so imbecile that I got very stressed (I couldn't believe that happened). Then I felt abdominal pain for around 20 minutes. But no urgency to visit the toilet. Later, gooey stol and a bit of diarrhea came. I don't know. It's not very specific. The biopsies show something active. Still, my flares are stress crysis when there's no stress and no sugar, there's no flares.
