I feel like when I take Centrum, my symptoms seem to improve. Could be a placebo effect though. Fish oil has been rumored to help, but I didn't see any significant difference when taking that.

I use the Colo-Rectal Recovery Program from Ageless Nutrition- I have felt better while using that program of supplements.

I really noticed an improvement with increased D3 amount. I now take 4000 total, 2000 twice a day.
I don't take a multi-vitamin at this time, D3 is my only vitamin suplement (not counting veggies
)

I take 4000+ IU vitamin D (my D was very very low), and my GI said that it was fine. I'm also not a sun-person...love it being sunny, but I'm not in it.

I take a B complex and Iron. I had a problem with anemia long before UC so I know all the bleeding associated with flares wasnt helping so I take a Iron tablet everyday not one of those mega 195467% DV ones just a 100%DV one. Also taking Digestive Advantage chron's & colitis therapy just started taking it not long ago seems to help with frequency and gives my stool more form, does seem to cause some gas.

In addition to the Turmeric and Boswellia Elephant Pipe mentioned, you could try Cat's Claw and Resveratrol. They all inhibit inflammatory causing particles in the body.
Even chlorophyll conatining supplements like chlorella have been shown to stimulate the growth of good intestinal bacteria and reduce colitis symptoms.
