Imuran (azathioprine) + Remicade Question

I'm going to be starting Remicade next week (if the pharmacy can get their heads out of their butts and get the prescription filled -argh) and plan to stay on Imuran (azathioprine) but my doctor and I had discussed lowering my dose to either 50mg or 100mg. We never made a definitive decision and now my doctor is away on vacation for 2 weeks. I completely forgot to ask him if I should lower my dose now or when I start Remicade or what.

So, to anyone who is on both, what did your doctor have you do?

I was on Imuran 50 mg when I started Remicade infusions 18 months ago, and my liver numbers went up so they decreased the dose after about three months, and took me off of it when I went on my Methotrexate.
