I agree with going gluten free, when I cut these foods out of my diet I always feel better. When flaring salads and raw veggies are so irritating for me especially romaine and the spring lettuce mix. Rice, chicken, potatoes and salmon are good choices when flaring.
Rice crispies and puffed rice are great for breakfast, add a banana to it. Thats how I came up with my name from all the puffed rice I ate when I was sick.
