Hang in there and try not to stress...it will make things worse.
Eat healthy, soft foods. Not too much sugar or fats.
Try some probiotics as well...they help alot of people here.
Yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, salmon, rice, applesauce, chicken, rice krispies, rice pasta with olive oil.
Things like that help me eat and don't bother me too much.
