did you infect with a patch on the skin? or by swallowing a mixture?

You drink a mixture (about 50 ml) and you are done. The whipworms only last 18 mo to 3 years compared to the hookworm at 5 years, and then you need to reinfect. No noticable results so far however it is still early as I am only going into my third week.

i would have thought it would be working by now

after 3 weeks i'm thinking those worms are now attached to your gut and should be secreting that immuno-suppressant already

maybe you need more worms?

QOTC, according to Jasper it can take up to 10 months to see any changes. Three weeks is much to soon.

Actually I am back from vacation so my alcohol consumption has definitely slowed down. I thought it was the liver that should be thanking me for that. As far as the gut goes, they move on down much much further than that before they attach themselves.( Think butt). The earliest that I have found anyone to say they noticed changes was at 4 weeks and even then they are minute from day to day, however when you add up a week or 2 worth you can definitely see an improvement. I haven't noticed anything yet but I am definitely past the side effect period as I feel fairly well.As far as B movements go there is nothing definitive yet.

Im on the pig whipworm 4 weeks tomorrow, said to be working first after 6-8 weeks.
Thou I see big differens already.

Downgarden, where did you get them for UC? that's fantastic news? which changes have you noticed?

wow wow we are SOOOO onto something with the worms and the probiotics and the poo enemas.

Downgarden... when did you start noticing the difference? What is the difference? what were you like before and what are you like now?

and yes same qn as killcolitis... where did you get them? how did you take them? how long will they last?

Does anybody else here reckon that with a combo of those three things: worms, probiotics and poo enemas, plus the odd anti-fungal over-the-counter thrush tablet (to clear some territory in the gut first) that we could put people into remission?

This might be the prevention of UC

could we be witnessing medical history as it unfolds?

But the good question to ask would be: has such a combination failed for anybody and if so, why? I dont' want to convince myself without giving a proper consideration to the possibility it's wrong like those crazy diets that don't work

Its been 5 weeks (almost) since I took my whipworms and I can definately see a difference. BM in the morning went from 4 to 5 runny ones down to 2 with much more solidity involved, however nowhere near normal yet. My daily BM are down from about 12 to 5 or 6. At the best of times before I would have cowpie like movements or I would be shotgunning the toilet. I also used to go after any meal(sometimes during the meal). If I went to a restraunt I would get up and walk around a bit as I knew better than to leave until I went to the washroom. this week I had a few days after noon meal where I didnt go to the washroom at all and waited untill after supper with no hassle or need felt to go.This hasnt happened for as long as I can remember. Improvement is extremely gradual and is not really noticable day to day but looking at a week at a time I definately see an improvement.Hopefully my colon isnt scarred to bad and inflamation goes away.This is my main worry.I agree with Downgarden, I noticed changes at 4 weeks , however they werent noticalble enough to definately pin on the worms, I just thought perhaps I was having a good day or 2.I would hate to have to print a retraction. Anyway, I will post again next wek or sooner if somethibg major changes.I will also answer any questions, however please read entire post to see if its already been adressed.

Almost 2 weeks since last post. Some small improvement over last post, however just small improvement. Urgency to use the washroom would probably be the biggest diference. Now if I am busy and feel the need to go it can wait a bit and occasionally it goes away. I will keep posting when I have something to post

Im on week 8 now. I had some really fine weeks (without flare), week 2 - 7. Then last week after a week of heavy party I got the flu and all week was in flare.

I got another shot to go.

So hard to give myself a diagnosis.
I dont really know what to make of it.

I got them from Thailand

I was wondering if you considered the human whip worm as they are supposed to be better and cheaper in the long run?

I never really read that they are better. I just have heard Jasper say so,

The human organisms are better. I am hosting both human hookworm and human whipworm. I was able to achieve a full remission from Crohn's using it. Here's my colonoscopy report from last week: goo.gl/sfZOg

hello and here I am in the hospital again.  I am getting iron so hopefully avoiding a transfusion.  Do any of you out there have severe bleeding?  Did the whipworm help?  What is the best I can hope for in time, to help slow down the bleeding.  I cannot get out of a severe flare.  Do you think the whipworms will help even if you have alot of bleeding?  I am on prednisone. I am in week three of the TSO and would stay on that until the TTO have time to work.  Anyone like this with some experience?  I would be interested in your input.  I need to find someone in Canada to get the autoimmune therapy. Can a Canadian then turn around and mail it to me in the United States? or how have any of you done it?  I am unable to travel.  thanks

Hello everyone,

I just thought I'd re-open this old post about whipworm - I was hoping to get in touch with other people that have dealt with Autoimmune Therapies / Jasper Lawrence. I recently bought some human whipworm from AIT. All the information I read previously seemed to really point to the fact that this might push me into remission, so I was so excited to try it.

However... I'm just not 100% comfortable with some things.

First I didn't pay them directly - I had to give my credit card details to an offshore company in the Seychelles (bit strange, but okay). Secondly, a parcel arrived, but it is literally 8 unmarked vials of liquid. I've worked in labs before and am naturally wary of unlabelled substances from unknown sources. It could be anything? There is no information or piece of paper in the envelope, or even a return address on the envelope. How do I know what i'm putting into my body? I just want to make sure everything is above board. I'm a bit scared.

Please if anyone has tried whipworm from AIT, i'd love to hear from you.

Hi,
Just wanted to post my experience, I started taking the Biomonde TSO pig whipworms 16 days ago and I have to report I can see small daily improvements since. Just had my 2nd dose yesterday and it still improves every day.
Fingers crossed it will keep improving. I have mild UC for 30 years and had a stubborn flare for the last 6 month.

When I tried human whipworm I was also told to take pred in moderate (20 mg ) to high doses to prevent them being washed out. In my case even 40-60 mg could not quell watery D generated by my body's reaction starting at around 2 weeks. They did latch- a colonoscopy a few months later showed "hundreds" wriggling around. Hopefully you'll have better luck than me with worm therapy- best of luck.

Thank you for your encouraging words. As I mentioned my UC is somewhat mild I can mostly control my diarrhea by taking 1-2 Imodium or Chinese Po Chai tablets unless I have a severe bout which rarely happens. Ciao

Pazelle- best wishes. FWIW the one worm therapy that did dampen my UC a little was TSO2500. Human hook- and whipworm only gave me side FX- no benefit. TSO had zero side FX but dampened symptoms. It seemed to work best at weekly dose for me. Just too pricey for me given the weak benefit but clearly worm therapy hasa very individual response and may yours be better and better- sounds like some positive signs.

Just a quick update, I took my 7th dose whipworms 10 days ago, next dose due in 2 days. I continue to improve every day little by little so I am 90% OK now. smilewinkgrin
I even stopped taking Po Chai for my diarrhea.
Could be the Salazopyrin, but given the very limited success I had with it in the past I assume the whipworms did it and eating lots of vegetables seems to help. Just to mention my UC is kind of mild.
Strange observation yet again, I had night sweats 2 days ago and every time I get night sweats my UC seems to progress for the better or worse..

Those TSO eggs are rather expensive. How are you dosing them and how much have you spent till date?

(Ok I see now my reply was to a very very old thread but since it was reactivated with laze,ke's update I will not delete this reply)..,

I concur with killcolitis- I was told by AIT that high dose pred was a MUST for the human whipworms to settle in. Both hookworms and whipworms taken over 2 years gave me nothng but nasty side effects- no benefit. I did get some mild benefit from TSO from ovamed, without aide effects by contrast, but the benefit was not nearly enough to justify the extreme cost. I would have been willing to try human worms again in smaller doses, in spite of the side effects, except that the pred requirement was a dealkiller- to have to take high dose pred every year or so for life as I topped off my worms would have been insane, given my low dose pred dependence at the time. Last I checked recently (just before I finally did surgery- no regrets- life better than ever now just 5 weeks out) the pred requirement was still there- if it has changed due to some new protocol that is huge news that needs to be clarified- or perhaps you misunderstood? I do wish you best of luck- some do seem to benefit.
