I too have noticed this with this flare.. Not that I have ever really been out of a flare!
I would suggest trying fibre, I also eat porridge in the morning. .I think it helps, certainly helps with the consistency, the more lose my stool is the more likely I will have an accident.
For all the years Ive had this disease, this is the only year Ive been like this too.. Accidents, a few times in the past month, really gets me down!!
