ulcerative colitis with hemorroids

I suffer from ulcertative coiltis with I control through asacol. But I have been suffering also from bleeding internal hemorrhoids which has given me anemia. My specialist wants the hemorroids to be treated but does want to cut them out (operate) because of the presence of ulcerative colitis. He has suggested we use the Doppler guided method ... I am still worried whether this might have a negative effect because of my colitus condition. Does any one have any advice for me ..I need to make an urgent decision. Please help

Thank you q ..I have had my vit D and B12 checked but they don't help my haemoglobin. It'd the conflict betweem my hemmoroids and UC that is my immediate problem ..to determine which causes the the bleeding symptoms. Clearly I need to take quick action to solve the hemmoroid problem
