Does anyone have any studies or anecdotal evidence about
the probiotic "PB8"? That's the probiotic I use most of the time (when I can get it) but one of the reasons I like it is that it doesn't need to be refrigerated and I read recently that probiotics that don't need refrigeration don't work.
Also, with respect to refrigerated probiotics -- how long can they be out of the refrigerator before losing their effectiveness? I like to fill my pill holders a week in advance, it helps keep me organized, and if I don't put the probiotic in the holder, it's catch as catch can whether I remember to take it
