Could you type out your weekly 24/24 IF schedule. I'm having trouble understanding the timing.
Is this how yours goes?
Your example is basically it ... here is how I do it:
day 1-eat from 6pm to 6pm the next day
day 2-fast from 6pm to 6pm the next day
repeat cycle indefinitely
Some people fast one calendar day, then eat the next, but this ends up being 30 hours of fasting and 18 hours of eating. I found going to bed on an empty stomach to be rather difficult, which is why I followed the 24/24 plan above.
I usually snack at night or throughout the day, so in reality my eating schedule ends up looking like this:
day 1-dinner, late night snack
day 2-breakfast, lunch, snack, early dinner
day 3-dinner, snack, beer, another snack, wake up at 3am and eat a yogurt or something
day 4-breakfast, lunch, light early dinner
day 5-dinner, popcorn with a movie
day 6-breakfast, lunch,
cookies, sneak some of the kid's candy, early dinner
Because I'm always eating on eating days, I usually don't "pig out". This has worked well for me, but as with all things, others' mileage may vary.
