Does anyone know if this supplement is for sale anywhere? Would simple germinated barley work the same? Thanks

Let me know if you figure this out. I was in Japan earlier this year (the place where they've done all the GBF studies), and to my knowledge, there is no single product that is called GBF-- maybe it refers to anything with barley in it? Teas, etc? I can't figure it out.

I've started using it several days ago. In Romania it's available via powder or pils. It's simply a powder made from green barley as far as i can see.

AKB-are you referring to the barley grass powder studies done in UC that found the patients treated with barley grass responded better than those on steroids? It was a pretty impressive study and led me to try barley grass.

I used it for quite a while. I had to quit though because it consistently made my BM's softer, and instead of two or three a day (usually two) I would consistently go three times every day. It was a shame too, because the health benefits (UC wise and in general) of barley grass are amazing.

I use green powder barley.
Did not found any prospects that they say it is or it is not germinated.

And regarding what Levi said, i do not have more BM / day from it.

Alinus-What brand name? The powder I used was Starwest Botanicals. It was the finest powder I've ever seen. You couldn't hardly touch it without it going everywhere and dispersing in the air.
