Interesting post. I had a food sensitivity test done and found moderate sensitivity to Bananas, egg whites, and yogart. Low sensitivty to Kidney beans, gluten, wheat.
I also research the acuracy of such tests and it's divided. Some say you can't test this becasue when they do they don't use partically digested food. Once the food goes through your stomach and small intestant it changes dramatically and everyone processed food wil be different. Instead they use the proteins from undigested foods.
Experimental is best...for now I' avoiding the moderate foods and trying a gluten-free ad dairy-free diet. I really miss my eggs though! They'reeasy to digest and you get some good protien from them ...plus there's eggs in everything. I'm just avoiding the "naked egg". We'll see what happens!
