I can't tolerate any dairy, especially made from cows at least. I've been using Almond Milk every day in my protein shakes, and it's delicious (and quite nutritious too).
Some people are allergic to the type of protein i.e. cow vs. sheep vs. goat. I have no problems with goat or sheep cheeses. But as far as Milk, I only use Almond Milk.
Soy milk is dangerous because it screws up your hormonal system and can lead to cancer, so personally I stay away from all soy products.
I noticed you're using Magnesium for leg cramps. What kind of magnesium? oral supplements? Did you know that most oral supplements cannot be absorbed?
I use Magnesium Oil, and rub it on my belly daily. Magnesium oil is absorbed pretty readily and does help your body manufacture DHEA (very important).
