It's expensive because you have to have a meat at a lot of meals or you're hungry because there isn't any filler food.
call it carbs withdrawal... it will pass after a couple of months when the body addapts to the new diet and the excess fat of the body goes away. the need for snakers and carbs will pass. also the quantity of everymeal will decrease substantialy.
probably some of you know that fat excess of the body is mostly caused by consuming foods that require insuline for breaking it (i.e. complex carbs and sugars) thus getting into a strange vicious cycle:carbs&sugars, bodyfat, hunger, insuline excess, hunger, bodyfat and so on.
Fat in excess is also proinflamatory for all our body.
on the other hand, YES: SCD is more expensive. I cannot deny that. Since processed foods are not allowed and also since complex carbs are way much cheaper than real veggies and real meat...it will affect your budget.
