does anyone wirh UC smoke?

I use an e-cig. . Works for some others say no.. For me it works. . Patches worked for me also but for the price the e-cig was the way to go

Its an electronic ciggerette. . You can order them online if you can find them anywhere around you. There are many brands to choose from but the one i use can be found at v2cigs.com. . You can check it out and see if its for you or you can go with another brand or you can even go with the patches or gum. . Imo i would go with the cheapest thing you can get first to see if it works for you so you dont waste your money. are the as unhealthy as a normal cigarette? also... do you know if they are legal in Australia?

They are not as bad as a normal ciggerette cause there is no smoke or tobacco. But i cant really say if they are safe. Its a vaporized nicotine and there are many debates on if they are safe or not. You would have to do some research to see if they are legal over there though i would think they are. I live in new york where there is a state wide ban on smoking inside public places and my e-cig is leagal for me to smoke just about everywhere. If you are a non smoker and are thinking of trying this out of desperation just remember there is nothing that works for everyone... This disease is not the same for everyone. What works for one may make things worse for another. So make sure you weigh out your pros and cons and really ask yourself if its worth it for you. Good luck either way ;)
