Drink plenty of water daily. Brush & floss your teeth after meals, if possible, and lightly brush your tongue, too-- because it can get coated with some residue that causes a foul odor. Oral hygiene is especially important when one takes Pred because it can change the acidity of saliva, leading to more accumulation of plaque on the teeth, which is also bad for the gums.
