The ones I was using were the target brand womens multi vitamin and they did not bother me at all.
I had problems with taking iron pills but the MegaFood brand seem to do well on my tummy as it's made out of natural ingrediants.

They have them at Whole Foods.
I would not take Centrum if I got it for free. If you pay attention to the ingredient list you will not either.

I don't have problems when I take vitamins after eating.
I've tried different multi-vitamins, many just don't agree with me.
I finally found liquid vitamins and liquid minerals - which I absorb pretty well and don't upset my stomach. I add the to my protein whey shake.
Here's where I get them from:

It's the only way I can make sure to get all the vitamins/minerals my body needs :)
Can you taste the liquid vitamin?
I haven't tried them solo, so I don't know how they taste. But mixed in with the whey protein shakes which is chocolate flavoured, there's no difference in taste at all ( I've tried the shake with and without the liquid minerals/vitamins and could NOT tell any difference).
No wonder they screamed and cried when I tried giving it to them! LOL
yes, been there, done that too, ha ha...
BTW, I've put myself on quite a delectable treat: cod liver oil - 1 teaspoon a day - can you imagine what a treat that is,haha...
