Here's my simple breakfast. Decaf tea with honey and coconut cream instead of dairy. Fresh bosc pear skinned and cut up and sprinkled with sunflower seeds. You could do any fruit that agrees with you.
Later in the morning, sometimes almost noon I microwave some frozen spinach (freezer bag type) in a bowl, add butter and a hard boiled egg cut up. I boil about
4 eggs twice a week and store in fridge to use for various meals. Simple, easy and my colon likes it.
