I get mine from Superstore but pay a lot more than InSoFla so you might want to go with the stuff he buys, assuming you are in the States.

Thanks! If it was the poolside bar bit, they probably had a cruel joke in mind but failed to follow through when they saw how happy it made me. I was like 'darn' nobody has talked to me like that in a long time. When I was young it was roid accusations all the time because I went from skinny kid to muscle guy. Nothing like UC to melt a man down to nothing in 30 days flat.

Yeah, fellow skinny kid here. Getting UC sort of played a part in my developing an interest in weight training. It helped me gain healthy weight and it helped reverse bone loss from pred. It did feel awesome to regain to more than my pre-UC weight and to look more fit than ever.

That is really cool princesa. I felt fantastic in my youth and getting that feeling back is a real joy right now. I am smack in the middle of working 70-80 hours per week for the summer as part of a deal I made. This will vanquish all medical debt and more while financing hawaii trip with daughter and some home upgrades.

Its a usually tough time of year for me so quite thankful I am doing well. Been enjoying long mountain bike rides. I am tempted to kick in some iron supplements to help my running but I think when I over did that before my hair started falling out. Now THAT wont make anyone feel young again will it ?

In 10 yrs of trying different things, the biggest improvement for me came from hydrocortisone enemas and metamucil.

Glad you are feeling so great!

BTW, I just ordered for myself some organic Boswellia Serrata - 1 lb. of it, which I intend to put in my protein shake daily (I can't swallow pills, they get stuck and then I choke). They told me 1/2 teaspoon is equivalent to 1000 mg .

How much Boswellia are you taking?

Well I would have LDN news for you but my dentist lost his marbles and 'patched' a cracked molar causing me to come right back and ask if it was root canal. When he told me I was shocked and demanded a crown. $1200 out of pocket BOY I wish I had signed up for some dental insurance.

Boswellia - Now brand 250 mg with tumeric each morning
Curcumin - Above plus 300 mg Natural Factors Turmeric & Bromelain each morning
Turmeric - New Chapter Turmeric Force 400mg softgel each morning

Going overboard on the turmeric/curcumin for anti-inflammatory as well as blood thinning.

Prayers, Flagyl antibiotic dosage used for C-Diff., and being treated for parasites with Zymex II. Also some probiotics to build bowel flora back, yogurt like Activia vanilla and Sacharomyces Boulardii.

Before being treated I was bleeding for over 6 months strait and nothing worked to help until I ended up in hospital.

This worked for me, but may or may not work for everyone.
I don't take any UC drugs.
