Hello All! Happy Thursday!
I have a question, or 2... When I am laying down and roll over to my left, it makes me feel like I want to go to the bathroom for a minute or two and then subsides but doesn't do it when I am on my right side at all. I also find myself sleeping flat on my back a lot more and I never slept that way before... ????

And I dream a lot about all of the UC mess, Why is this? Also, have some strange and out of nowhere dreams now... what could be causing this?
I was on ambien before I got sick, and it would put me into a deeper sleep then so I wouldn't dream or at least wouldn't remember them.. so I don't think that is causing it.

Not sure about the dreaming. My UC is more triggered by lying on my left side as opposed to my right. Unfortunately, in my case, the feeling doesn't subside and I have to get up and go to the washroom.

Flat on my back is my best position too, though it doesn't always work,

Yes, if I'm not 100% in remission rolling on to my left side may trigger episodes of urgency especially when I first awake.
